Why can't I choose the twilight colour of the P20 Pro for upgrade?

I really want a twilight Huawei P20 Pro, and in the normal site all three colours are available: Black, Blue and Twilight. But when I log in to upgrade only Black and Blue are displayed. Why can't I choose twilight?

I think this was previously asked by someone else too earlier this week. Same phone too.
It seems to be a common issue.
They were directed to speak to a member of the sales team.
I do believe this sorted their problem out.
