Why can’t I end my plan?

Neither app nor website lets you end a plan. Only option is to cancel the process or follow a “contact us” link which goes to page under constr

Sorry to hear you are leaving us. 

If you follow these steps you should be able to end your plan. 

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘End my plan’
  • Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions

Thanks for your reply.  I had already followed those steps but it doesn’t work which is why I asked the question in the first place.

To clarify my question is why don’t  the steps you suggested work on either the app or the website?

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you’re receiving? You can attach a screenshot to your response.

Also, if you’re moving to another network, the easiet way to do it and end your plan is to give them a PAC or STAC, which we would provide to you. You can find out how here.

I just want to cancel the plan. I’m not switching networks.

 

As I said in my original question when you follow the End my Plan route there is no button to confirm. There is only a button to cancel the End myPlan process.  The only other option is to follow a “contact us” link which goes to a page with nothing but a message that the page is underconstr
