Well after 4 days over about 4 hours on chat. 3 orders, 2 confirmed orders with ref numbers, still no upgrade. ID mobile customer service is a disgrace. I have an outstanding order and ID in the final chat have decided to cancel as they know they've messed me around and provided terrible advice. Is there an email or phone number to complain as the way I have been treated is a disgrace and there is no one to call or email, only the dreadful chat where they don't even read the messages.Â
