Hello, I Have been under a contract in ID for a 2 year phone contract and it expired a couple months back without me realising. If I upgrade the account will I be chraged extra or not?

Depends on what plan you upgrade to.
If you upgrade to a plan more than your current plan, then you’ll be billed more each month.
If by extra you mean will you be charged for the time after it was expired, you’d be billed the line rental monhtly until you contact us to process an upgrade or cancel.
You can upgrade by logging in and clicking My Account > Upgrade
