I currently have the iphone XR on a 24 month contract, that is coming to an end in a few days. I want to upgrade to the iphone 11 on the ID website, logged into my account.
Will my old iphone XR contract be automatically cancelled when I purchase my new iphone 11 with ID mobile?

It’s not that it will end if you upgrade,as you’ll still be using the line. You will just stop paying the old tariff, and begin paying the new one.
