Wrong PAC code provided

Hi, I am leaving ID MOBILE and the PAC code you have supplied me is not working. 

I am trying to rejoin VODAFONE and they are not recognising the PAC code. 

 

The PAC code ID mobile are supplying me is the exact same PAC code that i used to join ID mobile beginning with VUK. 

 

Can someone help please
