Hi, 

If I finish my contract 12 months early & pay off the line rental in full do I get to keep my handset I received at the start of the contract?

Absolutely, the phone is yours to keep from the beginning of the contract, only in the instance of us performing a return would we be wanting it returned, if you’re paying your termination fee and leaving the network, the phone is yours.
