cancel upgrade order

Hi, can I please cancel an upgrade order that was ordered early this week and go back to the one i had before. I have tried to phone, chat and nothing. Can someone please get back to me as soon as possible. ThanksĀ

Was the order youā€™re referring to a 24-month contract with a phone?Ā  If so, and youā€™ve since received that weā€™d need to arrange to have that sent back to us in order to reverse any recent upgrade.
