Hello. I sent a phone back to carphone warehouse. They said I need to contact you to process the return. I’ve tried to reach out but since your live chat doesn’t work and no one will reply. Can I have some help please !!!!! Awful awful awful

I am sorry to hear about that. Where did you make your purchase; was this from our channels directly or from Carphone Warehouse? If the latter, Carphone Warehouse will need to handle this further. Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
