How can I return my plan during the first 14 days? I would like to optout from this upgrate. I can’t get to a live person.
I have tried by phone, online website, community website and nothing!
The community is sending me to the website, from the website to community, I tried by phone but the case is the same, it redirects me to the website.
Probably I have to contact my bank and look at my direct debit for this violation of my rights.
