Return new SIM card

Your supplied SIM card is not compatible with my smart phone and I wish to return it.

 

Grateful for your advice on how best to do this.

Sorry to hear that.

If it’s due to the size, our SIMS are 3-in-1 so you can pop out the SIM Card size as required.

 

But we’ll send you a PM anyway so we can help with this.
