sim didn't arrive, I just received an invoice

I ordered a sim from E2Save weeks ago but it didn't arrive. I contacted DPD who launched an investigation and never got back to me. I contacted E2Save who said the order was cancelled. I cancelled the direct debit. 

Today I got an invoice from ID for 63p. 

This all needs cancelling and my details deleting. Please help.

Hello @Charlotto,

You’ll need to speak to E2Save as they’re the ones you placed the order from in this case.

We’d bill for the time the service was active, so if this was cancelled within the first few days, you’d still be liable for the few days the SIM was active.

Our SIM cards are activated upon dispatch.

 

In this scenario, you’ve advised DPD/E2Save were unable to fulfil your order, so you can speak to them to either, obtain a refund of the 63p and clear the balance with us, or for them to contact us to arrange for the balance to be cleared.

 

You’d be liable for the 63p under the Terms & Conditions as the SIM was active for this period. We would recommend allowing the Direct Debit to be taken, or paying the balance to clear this and contacting E2Save for the refund to avoid any negative impact to your credit file.
