Question

Cancelled my contract on the last day of my 14 day refund period but a further query.

Edit: it wasn’t the last day of the 14 day period. I contacted iD earlier to cancel my phone contract today, I bought it online through Carphone warehouse and I got it on the 12th.

 

I was told that it was processed on iD’s end for me and the agent on live chat told me that I have five working days to send the phone back by post. The thing is, I’ve received no contact at all from iD saying that it’s cancelled. I’ll post the phone for return tomorrow, but does it matter that it’ll arrive outside of the 14 day period?
