Cannot make international calls

Until recently I have been able to make international calls (to Hungary) without any problems, but now when I try it says that my allowance has been used. This is not true though, I have made no calls at all this month, and my account dashboard shows I have the full 150 minutes remaining. What’s going on?

 

Also, your Live Chat button doesn’t work. It appears, but does nothing when I click on it.

Have you reached your spend cap at all?

Calls to international numbers are not included and charged at the international rates.

Try increasing your spend cap.
