Cannot receive calls from Czech Republic

Up to about 3 weeks ago I could send and receive calls and text from the Czech Republic and now for some reason my phone will not accept any calls or text from Czech.  Any ideas why this should be.  The calls come through on Whatsapp but not on ID.

We’re sorry to hear about that. Have you restarted your phone recently to see if this helps? Which handset are you using?

Is every call and message coming in via WhatApp automatically, or do you mean that people have to specifically call you using the WhatsApp app?
