Hi a recent visit to Denmark my data would not work, why? Roaming was turned on

Make sure roaming is enabled in both handset settings and the iD Mobile App.
Make sure APN settings are correct.
Ensure you’re connecting to the correct network.
Rebooting the handset once arriving at your destination can often prove effective.

If ever you’re abroad again and experience something similar, let us know whilst you’re there and we’ll be sure to get ti fixed as soon as possible.
