Enable international call

 I need to be able to make and receive international calls. I’m currently in Spain but my phone won’t connect to any networks. In the App I’ve set the options to make international calls but I and seem to do this.

If you’re trying to make international calls from Spain, make sure your bill cap is a big number.

The iD roaming partners in Spain are: Yoigo and Movistar.

You could try selecting the partner network manually.

Hi @Fraser Ian Bell, sounds like you need to enable Roaming. You’ll need to do this in your iD Mobile account and in the settings of the phone itself.

Hi. I’d enabled roaming on both the phone and in the ID app but to no effect. Thanks for your post but I’d done these things prior to travelling and double checked while away. Any other ideas welcomed.
