Looking back. I’ve not received any international sms since porting to ID mobile. They’re not getting any error or unsent comments. Just appears with a timestamp as sent.
I am not receiving international sms messages, but the other mobile user (anpost.ie-vodafone) is receiving mine.

Update. Can receive SMS from Israel, but not Ireland. Get a warning message about int. charges for outgoing sms with every sms to ireland delivered. But no such warning sending to Israel. Replies from Israel doubling up, but at least they work. Nothing coming back from Ireland.
