I cannot send a text from USA to VISA for verification - 60296

I am not able to answer a text message which been sent by visa for a verification. I'm in the states and when I pay with my card online it asks me for a verification text back from this number 60296 but for some reason I cannot answer the message, I get error 25 from ID. My roaming is on and my cap is at like £25 so that's more than enough for a text. Please help

Are you currently connected to Roaming services? Does it show a network in the top right/left corner?

Hi, yes i am connected to roaming, I can call, receive messages and everything. I just can't send texts for some reason

Hi @moleque10,

Thanks. Have you checked your phone settings to ensure there is no block set for “premium” SMS numbers? Some phones assume all shortcode numbers are premium numbers.
