I have 4GB data but am being charged for use in europe?

It states that I can use my data in EU with no charges as it would be the same as using data in the UK

What is inclusive EU roaming?

All iD Mobile plans come with inclusive EU roaming.

This feature lets you roam like at home in 50 destinations throughout the EU, EEA and beyond. The minutes, texts and data you use simply come out of your remaining monthly allowances

Hi there @LloydOs

Where is it you’re currently based in Europe.  Providing it’s one of those 50 destinations mentioned, you should be able to continue to use your allowances as if you were at home.

There are certain places (Switzerland being one) that aren’t part of the EU Roaming offer, whilst being part of continental Europe.

The full list of places you can roam is here (on the right of the page):

That should be fine to use your data there without a charge @LloydOs. How are these charges appearing, and how much do they total?

Could I also ask which network you’ve connected to whilst over there?
