Question

I'm stuck abroad and unable to use Data/Calls or Texts

I am currently stuck abroad due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and have been stranded since the start of March 2020. As things stand, I won’t be able to return to the UK until August. I am still however, paying the full value of my bill when I cannot use texts, calls or data. Can the data that I have not been able to use, be rolled over for the entire period I been stuck abroad? Or alternatively, can I alter my plan so that I am not paying for data/texts/calls that I cannot use.

Thanks, Frazer

Hello @Frazer125,

It’s not possible to continually roll over services that are not used.

We would rollover up to 1 months worth of data that’s unused onto your next billing month.

You can only have a maximum of 1-months worth at any time.

Are you on a handset plan or a SIM-only plan?

We can only suggest either switching plans to a cheaper option or cancelling the plan via 30-days notice.

Which country are you in currently?
