i have landed in Portugal and have no service whatsoever. Any ideas folks ? Who is the partner here and is there any current issues ?
(Yes phone switched off and on again several times Been here for 8 hours )

Morning
Double check Roaming is enabled both in the iD Mobile app / My Account online and on your phone itself. When I recently went abroad, it was switched off in my iPhone settings. I had to go Mobile Service → Tap my iD Mobile SIM → Toggle Data Roaming ON. If you don’t have an iPhone, simply Google “How do I turn on Roaming on {Make & Model}.”
