International charges for voicemail

I will be in Canada and want to leave a voicemail message for any caller to text me. If I don’t access the voicemail will I be charged for the incoming call from the other party?

Hi @Mikewilmot,

As long as you do not answer the call or listen to any voicemail left by someone then you will not be charged. People can call you, listen to your message and then hang up with no issues.
