Hi, sorry complex situation. My son has travelled Moscow today for 3 months (student). He has obtained a local sim for his phone but the airport shop discarded his id mob sim (he didn't realise until later in taxi). I need his lost sim cancelled please but NOT his phone registered as lost or he won't be able to continue using it. Are you able to help please?
