I realised that my phone is not receiving any calls while I'm in a holiday in Egypt.

Could you please look at it and fix it please. Do I need to set up a special setting to work?

Make sure you switch ON roaming in your iD My Account online (in the My services section).

Make sure you enable roaming on your mobile phone (in the phone’s Settings).

Make sure the bill cap in your iD My Account is high enough to let you to roam in Egypt.
