Cuba isn’t an inclusive Roaming destination so usage here is chargeable.
Has it ever worked here?
Check if Roaming is turned on in the iD app/account
roaming is on yes as it is always on
but i do not connect to cubacel
it seemed it connected for a moment or two so not sure what is ocurring
if roaming is on all i want to do is to receive messages and calls

If Roaming is turned on in your account and on your handset, and you don’t have a bill cap in place, then you should be able to use all services.
If you can’t, then it sounds like a local network issue and you’d need to contact whichever network you’re connected to.
Be sure to check your bill cap first, as this could be preventing usage. It’s always worth restarting your handset, too.
