I’ve perused the ID community and can’t find what i’m looking for.
I see no way of actually speaking to someone on the phone at ID. Any links to the live chat just go to help pages, community pages and automated services.
At what point did not being able to call a company become acceptable ? Is Covid 19 being used as the perfect excuse again to drop services?
Anyway, if someone can help me it would be appreciated…
I’m not able to receive a call from an 0800 call whilst roaming in Europe.
The phone doesn’t ring and there's no recorded of a missed call.
Apparently when the caller rings my number they get an engaged tone.
I did read a similar post that someone was advised to up his cap to £15 but he said it didn’t solve the problem.
Any authority here please?
