I am currently away in one of your EU roaming countries, have followed all the instructions on your website to get set up to use my data but it still isn't working and this seems to annoyingly be the only way to contact you via a phone on WiFi

Oh no @Hayleych I'm really sorry to hear that you are having trouble using your services abroad.

It's great that you have ensure roaming is set up on the phone, however, this may not be the cause of the problem.

Have you checked your APN settings? If these are wrong on your device then you will be unable to use data while roaming.
