phone not working in turkey

I’m on holiday in turkey and my phone doesn’t work on data worked in Spain last month no problems at all all data and roaming turn on still won’t work please help

Hey @James woodhead,

Turkey ins’t an inclusive roaming destination so any roaming usage is chargeable.

You’ll need to increase your spend cap to allow the usage to go through.
