Roaming in Italy

I know a lot has been written about roaming.

I have a house in Italy and spend a continuous 3 months or say 100 days there in the summer with no time in the UK.  I am heavy user of data about 55GB a month with some usage every day.

Where do I stand re the fair usage policy. Obviously I can prove I am a UK citizen and l live in the UK for the remaining 8 to 9 months - I also have the odd  European city break or a week away. I own my own home in the UK and am able to produce council tax and utility bills.

Will Id mobile cut me off, slap on hefty roaming charges or something else.

Thank you

Martin

Hi @MartinSquash,

As long as your usage remains compliant with our fair usage policy here, there should be no issues with using your plan abroad for 3 consecutive months. Any issues caused with usage beyond 4 months can be rectified upon proof of your residence within the UK. 🙂
