Roaming in Turkey

I am travelling to turkey in a few days time.

can i use roaming and how much does it cost or can I get a add on?

Hi @Madhousee,

We do have network partners in Turkey, so you will be able to use your phone whilst there. Ensure that roaming is active within your online iD Mobile account to enable the services.

We do not have roaming add-ons available I’m afraid. Calls made and received cost £2.40 per minute and texts are 60p each. Data is charged at £1.50 per MB so we would advise that you turn off Data Roaming within your phone settings to ensure you are not charged when you reach the country.
