No is the short answer - Turkey is not included in the 50 Inclusive Roaming destinations, where iD allow you to roam like home.Ā
If you want to roam in Turkey, make sure you enable roaming in your iD My Account, on your phone, and that your BILL CAP is not Ā£0.
