I think my number hasn't been ported properly. I'm roaming, and calls and texts work OK, but I can't access the internet, or any apps. I get a message that I have no data plan. Help, please!

Hi Andy, this could be an issue with your APN settings on the phone.
These are the settings you should have,
Name iD
APN id
Username
Password
MMSC http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS Proxy mms.idmobile.co.uk
MMS APN Username
MMS APN Password
MMS Port 8799
