Troubleshooting with connectivity in South Korea

I used to have no problem to receive text message and phone call from UK to Korea.

My reception automatically got roamed in Korea last time I visited.

However, I have no connectivity when I arrived in Korea at this time.

Please help what to do. For your information, I have two type of phones (Iphone & Android) to try to connect.

Hi there @bluecona 

Within your iD Mobile App.  Do you have a cap set in place there?

If you do have a cap, then this could prevent you from running up any sorts of roaming charges for making and receiving texts and calls whilst over there.  So increasing the cap should hopefully help.

 

Ensure you’re connected to the “KTF” network whilst over there too.
