Unable to connect while roaming

Hi, I am in Spain right now. I joined ID Mobile recently but am so glad that I travelled with a 3 SIM (that connects O.K.) and an O2 SIM (that also connects O.K.). I cannot make calls (I receive a message saying ‘The number you have dialled has not yet been assigned to a client) and I cannot connect to the internet (I have tried the Movistar, Vodafone and Orange networks) all to no avail. My APN setting appear to be correct, I have roaming enabled…….what should I do ??

Hi there @Axarquian 

Do you have Roaming enabled on your iD Mobile account?  If you log in to the iD Mobile website or the iD Mobile App you can check that there.

As for the APN settings, double-check they are as follows:

Name iD
APN id
Username <leave blank>
Password <leave blank>
   
MMSC http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS Proxy mms.idmobile.co.uk
MMS APN Username <leave blank>
MMS APN Password <leave blank>
MMS Port 8799
   
  * anything with <leave blank> should be left blank

Be sure to delete any previous profiles or settings that might be in place on the phone that may linger from when you used the phone with previous networks.

Yoigo is the preferred network to use if you can manually select that whilst in Spain.  Though Movistar should work too I believe.
