Unable to use data roaming in Reunion

I've travelled from the UK to Reunion and unable to use data roaming.

International data access is a recurring issue. 

How do I correct this?

This article has a number a steps and tips for getting roaming to work.

The good news is that Réunion appears to be an inclusive roaming destination - anyway, good luck.

Hi @karen5, if you’ve truly followed all of the above steps and roaming is definitely enabled at both account and phone level, then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to use mobile data when abroad. I can only put it down to an issue with the phone, the SIM, or the network on the island itself.
