Have you enabled roaming via the iD Mobile app/website, as well as your phone’s own settings?

Have you also increase your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website to allow for charges to go through?

With iD Mobile the only roaming option is pay their USA roaming charges, @Simart.

If your handset is eSIM capable, maybe Google “travel eSIM” to find a plan for your trip to the USA.
