Data Rollover incorrect allowance?

Unable to receive security code on iPad Air

Please could you try placing the SIM in a mobile phone and you should be able to get the code when you resend the code. Once this is done you can pop the SIM back into the iPad and it all should be working for you. Kash

Sim contract duration?

Hi [user=2697]maxleo98[/user], Thanks for getting back to us. Our SIM only plans are 1 month plans which means that you are not tied down. The 30 day SIM only plans will continue to renew monthly until you request to cancel with 30 days notice. All the information can be found in Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions. The minimum term for a SIM only contract would be 30 days which means that you would be required to give 30 days notice. Kash

Wifi Calling not working on LG G6

4G sim for 3G phone

Photos and MMS will not send

Could you please try resetting your network settings by performing the following steps below: Go to settings> General > Reset > Reset Network Setting. SIM not supported and Unable to register account

Hi @Ame, Welcome to the community, we are here to help you out and hopefully we can get your query resolved swiftly. Firstly please could you check if the handset that you are using is definitely unlock to all UK networks. If the handset is locked to the previous network provider, you would need to contact them directly to request an unlock. You can find further information regarding unlocking your handset here. Regarding the registration of your account you would need to place the SIM into the handset so that you can obtain the security code that is sent via text message. If your handset is locked you can place the SIM in another handset to complete the registration process. Please could contact the Live Chat Team hereso that we can get this resolved for you. Kash
