Cancelling Sim

Hi @gigie1979, If it was a 30-day disconnection that was processed you would need to wait 30 days for the contract to disconnect. Unfortunately we are unable to disconnect the SIM earlier but please do let us know if the SIM hasn’t disconnected after the disconnection date.   Kash

Poor internet connection

@lesallen45,Does the signal improve in different areas of the house or outside the home?It may be worth checking your 4G and 3G coverage in your network settings and switching to 3G only if you are currently getting weak coverage on 4G.Let us know how you get on and we can advise you further. Kash

Hi @Nemo,I would advise clearing the saved data and cache as advised by Ryan as this does usually make an improvement.You can also try switching to 3G only in the network settings as this can improve things.Let us know how you get on and if any improvement is made.  Kash

ending contract

Hi @Stevengarrison,We can certainly help you out with this. You can find the number on the packet the SIM was sent in. This may also be on your email(s) sent from us (not the order confirmation).If you can't find it this way, another easy way to get the number is to try calling a friend or family and getting them to confirm the number that shows.If you are unable to do either of these please let us know and we can assist you further with locating the number and looking into the termination of the contract. Thanks,Kash

Firstly could you please check the coverage at your home address using the coverage checker here.Do you have any issues when browsing the internet? Please could you ensure that your mobile data is on and ensure that data is turned on for the apps that you wish to use data for.
