ID Mobile App - Issues on Android 10 Device

Thanks.  I loaded the IDMobile.app on my wife's iPhone XR running the latest iOS software and get the same.problem. It appears there is an issue with my account When logging in via the app on both Android and iOS software. As mentioned previously logging into my account via the website it works.

Incidentally if I access my account via the website, I can log into my account fine.

Thanks for the reply. I cleared the cache on the app, uninstalled and Reinstalled and unfortunately still have this issue.

Receiving BLANK messages from Contacts on iPhone 7 in Messages App

Forgot to say these messages are normal text messages and not iMessages as my contacts are using android devices.
