I've had to go back to old sim from 02 and top it up for data. Wasting money that we don't have.

Yes was a little hit and miss yesterday but today from about 2:30pm no data.

Calls texts are fine.keeps dropping data connection. Only been happening last few hours. I've tried my sim in another phone and face the same issue. So guessing it's a network issue. My bills are all payed up correctly. Any answers ????  Living in Chatham.

Spoke with is on live chat. Apparently they will be issuing compensation in form of credit on accounts towards bills

Network service issues this morning - updatedNews

I’m a care worker and need access to data to see my daily rota which I cannot do especially if there is any chances made throughout the day. All clients info are on my rota so again need data for maps etc to get from clients to clients. No data =no work =no money = not paying my bill Find a computer and print them off. It's not rocket science...I don’t have time to be running around looking for printers and computers to use. All my work is based on mobility you twat. I still need access to data for maps for locations. It’s the whole point of paying for bill pay that has a lot data.
