Phone not working properly after software update

Phone not working properly after software update

Success. I connected to the HiSuite app and it told me there was another update available. I installed that and when the phone restarted I got a message that a 4.7mb patch was available. So I installed that and everything is hunky dory now.

Yeah I've tried he live chat but I was just getting messages saying all the operators are busy. I've finally been able to get a password change. It seemed to be the txt message system wasn't sending me messages. I got one through earlier and have managed to get access. Thanks for your assistance.

Is there any reason ID chat doesn't have a queueing system like, say, Amazon and every other live chat system?
