Hello, please can you help urgently? I may have received a fraudulent text, stating this:“ iD: Your monthly payment failed, in order to continue using our services please verify your details here: https://bit.ly/36BATMM “ Please can you confirm whether this is fraud or not? It’s just the whole of yesterday, I have had ‘No Service’, and really need my phone for work, and day to day life. Please can we fix this today / this morning? Many thanks, Ben
