  @Kevin@Mohsin@Will I am still having the problem, yesterday I got a message, “If I’m still experiencing the issue, please do contact us.”FYI, you have not done anything yet, magic and wishes do not solve problems. ETA for contact?​A week trying to solve an issue that should be a minor fix is a joke right?

You do know you can buy a new phone on Amazon etc. Just pick up an unlocked phone and put the sim in.

Honestly, why just ask a question, that the chances are the user has already checked. Provide other options or a solution, you guys really should have one if it is a problem that keeps reappearing.

@Will Yes, I checked, multiple times, I am receiving various other OTP messages from other groups. My coverage is fine. If you are not blocking short code SMS, then you must he having some sort of problem, as just a quick search using OTP as the key, returns 54 results in community, never mind any that have been archived or deleted. So what is your solution to this?For now, I want to have the problem in point 2 addressed before anything else.

Seriously, I posted those threads about 17 hours ago, thought I would get a response earlier, sat waiting as I wanted it done quick, but nope, they ignore, then censor and blame. I’m not saying @Will done it, but someone there sure did.

@Will No, I did not delete them, when I went to view them, the links in the emails are dead, and they are removed from the list in my profile. So Questions are :Is there a minimum amount of time between porting a number to iD before you can port it out again? Why is iD mobile blocking short code SMS from companies like Uber, and will you fix it? What is wrong with the Community site? Password has to be reset if I log out and in, tested on multiple systems and browser combinations. Who deleted my 2 posts?I’m still counting questions 2 and 3 as being active since business opened this morning, 04/02/21

FYI, if you look at my name, you will see that I’m not flagged as an ID employee, but I would be surprised if they let you upgrade early.If you do not ask a professional to look at it, you don’t know how much it would cost to repair.You other option is just to buy a new phone.

Try the following steps. Good luck.Try restarting the phone. Let the power drain out of it fully and charge up again. Does your phone have a screen protector on it? If yes, remove it, and clean the glass. If there is a small bit of dirt between the protector and the glass it can cause something similar. Most modern phones do not require screen protectors, they where more a necessity of earlier gorilla glass versions. Or lastly, use a search engine and find a phone repair shop near you. They may be able to help. as the screen may need replacing.

@Pearl_c6  I registered, when I went back, it does not accept anything. Recover password does not work. Re-registering does not work, as the email is already associated with my account. To use the app, you need to log in and this has not been possible. It sounds like others have had the problem from reading the forums. Although none of them seemed to have to wait over 3 weeks to receive their SIM.
