Voicemail Notification that won't go away!

Hi,  I’m having the same problem of phantom voicemail notifications from when I ported into iD recently. @Mohammed, are you able to help me please? J. Oh wow, it’s been two-years. How time flies.I resolved this by phoning ID mobile. The IT person turned my voicemail off entirely. So now the only way i’m notified of voicemail is via text message. My phone no longer prompts me anymore.This is probably not the ideal solution but i’ve not had an issue thus far.

Voicemail Notification that won't go away!

Would really appreciate help with this. 2 days on and I'm ready to get rid of the Sim! Voicemail notifications are annoying.
