i have no idea if this is a question or what to call it. im having a few problems with Id at the moment, double charging for one but now i have another issue come up. today i  had to buy an add on because i used up all my voice minutes. im confused because the last time i looked i had around 25 minutes left and that was a few days ago. i have made some calls but they dont amount to 25mins. the texts warning me that i was up to 80% useage came in between yesterday and today then a few hours ago a received a txt saying all had gone and my cap too. now i know i have not made any calls since getting the text advising i had used 80% of my minutes so where did they go? is there a time lapse between calls made,minutes used and notification to me via txt of my updated allowance situation? i would appreciate some guidance and answers regarding this because as things go, im quite fed up with Id today.

Double charged

this has happened to me several times and happened again today. i would not have know had i not had reason to revisit the app and saw the second charge. whenever i am double charged it happens immediately after my first payment is made. somehow the app charges me twice, two separate charges and i have no idea how the app allows this to happen or what i am unwittingly doing wrong. i just know that i am not deliberately making two payments.i too would like a refund but would also like if someone has an explanation or some idea of how this happens so that i can ensure that this is the last time.many thankskmac36

ID MOBILE ACCESSING MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Hi PaulThanks for replying. I understand iD have my bank details from the DD I once had set up, I cancelled it a long time ago. Recently I even went as far as telling a rep. on chat that I didn't want to reinstate it and that I would be paying as I had been for months, online with my debit card. My reason for this is as I stated, I cannot afford to go over my odraft limit.  So, I hope someone can give me a reason why, out of the blue, my bank account was accessed and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.Thanks
