pac code not processed

I think maybe I should use review sites to vent my frustration with bad customer service from companies not supporting human customer services contact.

The fact I cannot communicate with a real person is the main reason I left I'd. Live chat with silly robots is not the way forward for customer service. In fact I would love to live in the wild with no need for direct debits and banks and having to write stuff like this out of bloody frustration. It's no wonder so many people are depressed and suicidal these days.

pac code not processed

I moved to 3 and I Recieved final bill from ID when it pac over. My old number worked on new network. But now 3 say it didn't register and they cannot access my account. They said I need a new pac code from ID. Which I cannot get because I have no account with u anymore. This is so hard and I cannot even talk to anyone.

Faulty p30 lite handset

Yes I tried the live chat and it said it was busy and unavailable. I've never used ID community and so I didn't know I had to wait 1-2 days for someone to ask me what phone I own. In past experience of trying solve phone problems I get asked a thousand questions and so if it takes me 2 days to reply, and you 2 days to ask another question this should be sorted in 3 years. Gosh it will be like having a pen pal I never new I needed. Huawei P30 lite. Cheers mark

Faulty p30 lite handset

When I ring people the sound of my voice is getting louder and quietened. I've had the phone over a year so probably no help from ID on the subject.  So the ID community cannot give an answer to my question. That is is really unhelpful when it comes to sorting out a problem.
