Poor Signal whilst driving

Tried to make a call today and it took several attempts and although I held a 9min and a 5min call, most of that was both of us saying it’s dropped out can you hear me.The screenshot was taken at home, in al4 which shows great coverage when checking online, but I only have 1 bar.Is there a customer services phone number? If no one has a solution then I’m only on a 1 month contract so I’ll just save the hassle and switch company.

Poor Signal whilst driving

Handset is fully up to date.Generally signal is fine, not good and still uses 3g more than I would like when living in a city, but it is mostly useable.Any more suggestions please?

That is a good idea, but unfortunately I don’t have another phone or one I can borrow for a day. is it possible to get carrier settings updated from id? I mean something different to me trying the reset carrier settings on my phone.

Hello.I have checked and there are no signal issues at my home or work address. Obviously it is mainly my commute I was talking about and I can’t search for issues on the m25.
