Help with voicemail

Is there an alternative type of voicemail.? I am interested in all the options available if you can help please. Help with voicemail

I thought so, as I cannot find any information on it. Is there a way to know who is calling. When I was with EE and previously 02 a list displayed with names which meant you could choose who you wanted to listen to first. I can’t remember everyone’s numbers. This service would be welcomed and had I realised it was not available I would have chosen to be with a different provider.
