How to prepare your phone for a trip abroadTutorial

On my phone I went to settings/more/mobile networks/access point names. annoyed that I lost service for a week or two but now back operating again. I will have to review how I feel about continuing with this company after I have calmed down!

Refund for no service

I am in a similar situation inasmuch as I am on holiday in Spain and my phone has stopped working. Live chat does not work and the phone number given does not work. At least now, having read the above, I will not be putting money on my phone, instead I will be cancelling my contract when back in the UK next week
